I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently working toward completing my Master in Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School - with a certification in trauma-informed therapy.
In therapy I want to help my clients gain a better understanding of who they are and what is holding them back, so they can more confidently engage with the world, find their path, and have healthier relationships. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment in which my clients have the freedom to explore all aspects of themselves without judgement and face inner fears of failure and abandonment with a compassionate and accepting witness.
Through guided self-discovery, I aim to help my clients develop healthier boundaries and expand their ability to regulate challenging emotions. I believe that past attachment trauma impacts many areas of our lives and that finding inner acceptance is achieved by discovering and letting go of unknown expectations.
I enjoy working with people who are highly sensitive and seeking a deeper self-understanding, those who struggle with transitions and fitting in, and parents who are stressed and confused about their role. Ultimately, I want to support my clients in learning how to authentically connect with themselves so they can connect with others and experience a sense of acceptance and well-being in their day-to-day life.

About me
After exploring my own healing journey which arose through parenting struggles, I am particularly passionate about helping parents discover what is interfering in their ability to effectively parent their children – which comes through establishing a mutually rewarding safe and authentic connection.
I am also trained and experienced in personality profiling and believe that a nuanced understanding of personality type can be highly valuable when seeking the most effective areas for healing and personal growth.
On a personal level I love to travel and explore with my family and friends on foot or by bicycle. As an INFJ I recharge by reading, hiking or cross-country skiing in the forest, and swimming in the lake. I connect to my authentic self and my emotions through immersing myself in loud rock music, journaling, and connecting with others.
